Ammonia-free electroless nickel process for plating on plastics
高濃度的氨氮是化學(xué)鎳廢水難于處理的重要原因之一,氨氮超標(biāo)排放會(huì)對(duì)魚(yú)類(lèi)等水生生物造成毀滅性打擊,近年來(lái)國(guó)家對(duì)氨氮的排放限制愈發(fā)嚴(yán)格,中國(guó)電鍍排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)氨氮的排放上限已經(jīng)降至 8 ppm。
High concentration of ammonia & nitrogen is very difficult to be treated in EN wastewater, and its excessive emission will cause devastating strikes to aquatic organisms. Therefore, the restriction on ammonia & nitrogen emission becomes much stricter worldwide in recent years. The upper limit of ammonia & nitrogen in Chinese Emission Standards for electro-plating has been reduced to 8 ppm.

1. 高穩(wěn)定性,可以24小時(shí)連續(xù)生產(chǎn);
2. 整個(gè)使用周期氨氮排放為0;
3. 應(yīng)用于ABS和ABS/PC素材;
4. 不含氨氮,不含鉛,不含硼酸;
5. 易于操作和控制,操作溫度30-40℃。
